OUGD602 - Art for Music Producer
After creating the identity for this year's Freshers, a friend approached me asking to style an icon for his music production name. Under the alias of PLAZA, he is producing music for SoundCloud and Spotify. He was impressed with the type treatment used for the freshers identity and wanted a similar style for his music brand.
The client requested that the pastel colours used already in his album artwork were used for this work and he was keen for the stretched type to be recreated. So a variety of icons were created and sent to the client.
The client chose his favourite icon and now uses it as his profile image. This was a quick job and easy to do, however the client is happy with the work and is keen to develop more intricate development for his music brand and may contact me to produce more for him.
