OUGD402 - Artist's Book Fair at The Tetley

Now in it's 19th year, the Artist's book fair was incredibly useful as I have to produce a publication in one of my own briefs. The show exhibited projects from 50 selected artists, collectives and independent publishers from across the country and presented a variety of publications from flip books, photo books and novels to one off artworks and documentary publications. This visit was intriguing as it demonstrated how wide the varieties of publications can be. It has helped me to realise that I should not limit myself to crating a basic publication and I should look into the use of a variety of materials for my own project.
